Hey it's Dan,

Well I finished watching Monster last night and it made Death Note look like.. well not so good. I was sooo impressed with it, you should check it out.

But (this is what I hate), IT'S OVER! Now what? So I'm stuck, so I was wondering if you could recommend any suspense, thriller, detective, mystery anime out there of a high quality?

If you find time, please give Monster a watch. The first episode got me (which is rare), but I didn't "get it" until about episode 3/4. There's a lot of time lapses at first but that stops eventually.

The plot is about a fantastic neurosurgeon named Tenma, who undoubtubly believes that all life is equal. However the plot tries to ask the viewer; is life equal? And it's brilliant.

Ok so I told you the message rather than spoiling it so yeah. But gawd, I thought Death Note was freaking amazing (and it was), but this was even better .

But yeah, any recommendations for a new anime to watch?

Hey! I'm really bored. In half an hour I'll be heading for college though for my dull lesson of painting a books pages black -_-.

I spent a whole day drawing yesterday (well actually it was more like 7 hours with a 1 hour break), my longest consecutive time drawing in so long! I'm getting better at drawing bodies yay!

Oh and you know I borrowed NiGHTS for Wii? Well I can see why people are returning it, lol. Yeah it's not so good ...

I'm gonna go to the con as Goku hopefully. I've asked some guy on ebay to make me a wig and he makes them in 3 months. And his store is awesome and he's already made a Sanzo and Gojyo wig so Goku can't be too hard right? The guys store: [link]

By the way you mentioned you bought contacts, is it possible to buy fun coloured contacts to wear for fun (for people who don't have eye problems)? Cuz I want gold contacts if I'm gonna cosplay Goku...
